Once you sign up for a free EliteTeams account, you will have access to a list of projects that meet your skills, interests, and availability. Each project will list the hourly rate for that project in your local currency. When you agree to do a project, you will be paid weekly for the hours you work (in 15 minute increments) based on the hourly rate. Payments will be made the week following the work.

In the U.S., you must be at least 18 years old to work as an EliteTeams team member. The minimum age may be different depending upon your country of residence.
Absolutely. When you sign up for a free EliteTeams account, you will tell us what type of work you want to do. We will provide you with a selection of matching projects.
Absolutely. You choose when and how much you work.
Yes. It’s up to you how many hours a week you work based on the projects you agree to do. Note that labor laws in your country may restrict the total maximum hours you can work per day or week.

We currently support team members who have conversational ability in either English or Spanish.
Yes. If you have a relevant degree, that’s great. We definitely want to know about it. But what we care most about are your skills, experience, and attitude. Once you tell us what your skills are, we’ll use assessment tests to verify them. Then we’ll monitor the work you do for us to make sure you’re demonstrating those skills.
